In recent years, the export volume of bend has increased year by year, and many of our foreign customers have bend purchasing requirements. But bend as a use frequency is not as high as elbow and tee and other key products, in the use and installation, many customers have encountered different problems. Bend is an important component widely used in various fields of industry. Installation measures of bend
1. The bolts of the packing cap of the bend valve shall be tightened equally and shall not be pressed askew to prevent bumps from impeding the stem movement or causing leakage.
2. Bend use handwheel, do not rely on leverage or other tools, so as not to damage the valve. The handwheel is clockwise rotated to be closed and vice versa.
3. Long-term storage of bend, should be inspected regularly, often exposed to the processing surface must be kept clean, remove dirt, neatly stored in indoor ventilated dry place, strictly prohibited stacking or open storage.
4. When using bend ball valve, globe valve and gate valve, it is only open or closed completely. It is not allowed to adjust the flow rate, so as to avoid erosion of sealing surface and accelerate wear and tear. The gate valve and the upper threaded globe valve are provided with an inverted sealing device, and the handwheel is turned to tighten at the uppermost position to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.

Bend is designed and manufactured by technology, but there are some differences between the manufacturing technology and foreign countries. It can not be well manufactured. However, compared with foreign counterparts, there are two main differences between domestic pipe manufacturers: the design process of bend is to put induction coil on the part of steel pipe to be bent, and clamp the pipe head with a mechanical arm. When the temperature of the steel pipe rises to plastic state, the steel pipe is bent by mechanical thrust at the back end of the steel pipe. The part of the steel pipe is cooled by coolant rapidly. The bend is continuously bent by heating, pushing, bending and cooling.
