Equal teepass technical parameters:
1. Implementation and Reference Standards for Production and Processing: GB/T 12771-2000 “Welded Steel Pipes for Fluid Transportation” and GB/T 12459-2005 “Seamless Steel Butt Welded Pipes”. In accordance with these two standards for production and processing, to ensure that the use of certain standards in accordance with the production of PPR fittings – equal diameter tee in line with national production standards.
2. The working temperature of the equal tee is – 40 ~200 ~C. It is used according to the temperature in use, and the temperature is strictly controlled.
3. Drawing test: the drawing force of socket welded argon arc welded pipe is 3 times of the national standard.
4, flattening experiment: flattening the tube to the outer diameter of 1/3, there will be no cracks or cracks.
5. Air pressure test: each pipe is subjected to 1.6 Mpa air pressure test.
6. Pressure test: After connecting the pipe with the fittings, there is no leakage at the joint under the condition of 2.5 Mpa and holding pressure for 5 minutes.
7, tensile strength: not less than 520Mpa, elongation of not less than 35%, the measured value of this product is 733 Mpa;
8.Corrosion resistance: pipe fittings are not corroded by salt spray test.

Six, how to choose equal diameter three links:
1. Attention should be paid to the determination of the overall utilization coefficient C (i.e. safety factor): in general occasions, and long-term continuous temperature less than 70, can choose C = 1.25; in important occasions, and long-term continuous use of temperature more than 70, and may be longer in higher temperature operation, can choose C = 1.5;
2. For cold water (<40) system, P.N1.0-1.6 MPa pipe and fittings are selected; for hot water system, P.N 2.0 MPa pipe and fittings are selected.
3. After considering the above two principles, the SDR of the fittings should not be greater than that of the pipes, that is, the wall thickness of the fittings should not be less than that of the pipes of the same specification.
